The report highlights the top 10 regional centres with improvements in good customer service, cleanliness and improved safety. Masingita Mall and Makhado Crossing are in the Top 10 list of centres showing improvements on the USSI. The index tracks sentiment and compliance with industry standards. This is a market index that’s conducted without landlords’ consent.
Makhado Crossing’s remarkable improvement is a testament to the effective assessment and response to customer sentiments, demonstrating the management’s commitment to meeting shoppers’ needs. Masingita Mall, living up to its motto “Mintirho ya vulalvula” (good deeds speak volumes), secured an impressive 3rd place with a rating of 4.67 in the year-on-year movement.
